Referral-only job marketplace · India

The job board with no apply button.

On Calmrade the only way to reach an employer is a verified expert who vouches for you. Every role names a public finder fee — so the people who open doors are paid to open the right ones.

  • Finder fee shown publicly
  • Experts verified per category
  • Double opt-in consent
The problem

Hiring is broken on all three sides.

Employers drown in applications, candidates shout into the void, and the people with real judgement have no way to be paid for it.

Employers

Hundreds of unfiltered applications per role. The real cost is the screening — 500 CVs to find 5 worth a call.

Candidates

Applications vanish into the ATS. Referrals convert best, but who you know is a matter of social luck, not merit.

Experts

A strong network and real judgement, worth nothing until you become a full-time, unpaid recruiter.

Existing referral platforms fail one of two ways: referrals are free, so volume floods in and the signal dies — or the referrer is unvetted, so a “referral” means nothing. Calmrade fixes both.

How it works

One marketplace, built for three people.

Pick your side. Every path leads to the same place — a hire that a verified expert put their name on.

Get 5 candidates worth interviewing, not 500 to filter.

  1. 1

    Post a role

Describe the role and pick one category. Free to post, unlike the boards that charge to list — you pay only when a referral is hired.

  2. 2

    Declare a finder fee

Name what a successful referral is worth — from ₹10,000 up, shown publicly on the post. Our 15% commission comes out of that fee, never on top — and you fund it only once a hire is confirmed.

  3. 3

    Receive a vetted shortlist

Every candidate arrives vouched for by a domain expert who staked their reputation and credits on it.

Turn your network and judgement into income — without becoming a recruiter.

  1. 1

    Get verified in a category

We verify your expertise per domain — you can only refer into categories you are approved in. Your first approval lands 50 free credits, enough for 10 referrals.

  2. 2

    Spend credits to refer

Each referral costs 5 credits, so it is never free to spray candidates — good judgement is the whole game. Earn more with every hire, or top up with a credit pack.

  3. 3

    Earn the finder fee

When your referral is hired, the finder fee is yours — minus the 15% commission — plus a 50-credit bonus.

Get a real human to vouch for you instead of shouting into an ATS.

  1. 1

    You cannot apply

There is no apply button anywhere. That is the point — it keeps the signal high for everyone.

  2. 2

    Request a referral

Find a role you want and ask a verified expert in that field to consider referring you.

  3. 3

    Consent, then advance

An expert can also bring you in. Either way, nothing moves without your explicit, double opt-in consent.

Why it works

Price the referral. Vet the referrer. Signal goes up on both sides.

Remove the apply button and put a fee and a reputation behind every introduction — employers get a shortlist worth reading, and candidates get an advocate.

A normal job board

  • Anyone can apply
  • Referrals are free and unlimited
  • Fees are opaque agency margins
  • Your CV joins a pile of 500

On Calmrade

  • Only a verified expert can refer you in
  • Referrals cost credits — quality over volume
  • A single finder fee, declared publicly up front
  • Your name arrives with a reputation behind it

The referral is priced

Free referrals flood in and the signal dies. Charging credits to refer means every referral is a considered bet, not a reflex.

The referrer is vetted

An unvetted referral means nothing. Experts are verified per category, so a vouch comes from someone who can actually judge the work.

Reputation is on the line

Experts are rewarded for outcomes, not activity. Bad judgement burns their credits; good judgement pays. Incentives point one way.

The flow

From post to payout, at a glance.

Five steps, one rule: nobody moves forward without a verified vouch and explicit consent.

  1. 01

    Post

An employer publishes a role with a public finder fee.

  2. 02

    Refer

A verified expert spends credits to vouch for a candidate.

  3. 03

    Consent

The candidate explicitly opts in — no one enters a pipeline unwillingly.

  4. 04

    Hire

The employer interviews the shortlist and confirms a hire.

  5. 05

    Payout

After a probation hold, the expert is paid the finder fee.

Hiring you can actually trust — because someone put their name on it.

Browse open roles, get verified as an expert, or ask to be referred. There is no apply button, and that is exactly the point.
