Manager -Product Design

Who are we looking for? ● 8+ years of experience in product/UX design with at least 2+ years in a leadership role Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped products across platforms (web, Android/iOS) ● Experience managing and growing design teams ● Strong storytelling and cross-functional collaboration skills ● Ability to simplify complex data and workflows into elegant experiences ● Expertise working with design systems and scalable patterns ● Solid understanding of research methods and analytics-based decision making ● Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment What would be a value add? ● Experience in e-commerce / marketplace / B2C ● Familiarity with motion, illustration, and tools like rive/lottie etc ● Designed with AI workflow is plus.
